At InsightOffsite, we are acutely aware of the importance of effective new line management.  We are also cognisant of the time it takes wholesalers, convenience retailers and suppliers to manage new product listings.

Having worked for many years with EPOS data, we know the pitfalls for everyone when new lines have not been loaded onto the point of sale system before the product arrives at the back door or when product details are inaccurately or incompletely described on the Point of Sales system.  For wholesalers and convenience retailers, it can make stock management and sales reporting extremely challenging and for suppliers who buy EPOS sales out data, it can be extremely difficult to identify the correct packs for tracking sales performance.

As a result, we have created Product Bureau, an online portal for end to end new product management for wholesalers, convenience store opertors and suppliers.  Product Bureau enables suppliers to load their new line details onto just one new line form, removing the need to duplicate data entry for every operator that lists their new product.  For wholesale and convenience operators, Product Bureau is a central repository for all your new line data, regardless of the originating supplier.  Wholesale and convenience operators can choose to automatically received new product data on a regular, timed basis or go onto the Product Bureau website and manually download new product data on an ad hoc basis. 

Our fully trained moderators check and manage new line entry so that only complete and correct forms are available for wholesale and convenience operators to download.  A copy and save function also means that supplies who add a varient or a price mark to their range do not have to complete a whole new form, the parent product details can be copied and new varient or price mark data added, saving time and reducing the risk of errors.
